R & C Agency (International) Pty, Ltd. Reserves the right, without prior notification to change or modify details and pricing contained here within.
Warranty
All goods are guaranteed against faulty workmanship, materials, or design for a period of 12 months after supply
All goods will be returned FIS to R & C Agency for inspection and then consequently be replaced or repaired.
No responsibility is accepted for the installation or re-installation of products.
Electronic transformers come with a three – year REPLACEMENT warranty.
Goods Return Policy
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned upon a Goods Return Authorization Number (GRA) issued by R & C Agency (International) Pty, Ltd. The GRA and relative invoice number must be quoted on all paperwork/claims.
Goods have been installed, used, damaged are not returnable.
Goods assembled to special order are not returnable.
Cut cable cannot be returned for credit.
